Es un libro recomendable si estas con la mirada hacia ti. Leerlo ha sido rebelador para encontrar las herramientas para sanar una relación del pasado. Imagino que entre las herramientas y el coraje hacen que mi vida de un giro hacia la calma y la paz que es lo más esencial.
